The video asked why it is okay for an Asian American to date a European American but not an African American, partially in reference to a third video (Broken Affinity) which can be found here:
In this video, an Asian American girl’s parents disapprove of her dating an African American guy, but are okay with her dating what appears to be a Latino or European guy.
My opinion is absent because (frankly) I think it’s stupid to date (or not date) based on race; how counterproductive is that? I just wanted to tell what some of my research has said (not just random surveys, but scientific psychological studies) on the subject of interracial dating. I thought that it would be beneficial to post what I found to be a more valid and rational explanation which applied to all races regardless of gender, not just Asian American women.
